Bridget Sonnier-Hillis

Hello there! I am a psychologist licensed in Massachusetts with over 20 years of experience working with adults in a wide variety of settings. For the past several years I have focused my clinical interest on autism, specifically in adolescents and adults, which seems to be much overlooked and misunderstood. I hope to help change that!

My son received a delayed diagnosis of autism after I expressed concerns numerous times over the years. I saw firsthand how frustrating and traumatizing it is to be misunderstood and how powerfully validating it is to finally be understood! I want to help others to finally feel validated and understood.

I have seen how difficult and unhelpful it is when approaches other than strength-based are used and how things can dramatically shift when a light is, instead, shined on one's strengths. My family is beautifully neurodiverse and I am committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming care!
