Intro
Hi! I'm Danielle Proch a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent clients, including individuals on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD. My approach is strength-based and client-centered, blending somatic techniques, neuropsychology, and cognitive therapy to create a safe, supportive space for self-discovery and growth. I am passionate about helping clients embrace their unique strengths while developing tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I am passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism and ADHD, because I deeply value the unique perspectives and strengths they bring to the world. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can feel understood, celebrated, and supported as they navigate challenges often shaped by a society that doesn't always accommodate neurodiversity. By helping clients embrace their individuality and develop strategies tailored to their needs, I hope to empower them to thrive and live fulfilling, authentic lives.
I bring an affirming and strengths-based approach to my work by focusing on the unique abilities, talents, and resilience each client possesses. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen and valued for who they are, rather than judged. By emphasizing their strengths, I help clients build confidence, recognize their inherent worth, and develop practical tools that align with their individual needs and goals, fostering self-empowerment and meaningful growth.
