I have spent many years working in the mental health field, but my perspective is also deeply shaped by the time I spent working in various roles within law enforcement. I am not your typical clinical robot who just nods and takes notes. I navigate the world in a wheelchair, and I navigate my therapy sessions with a lot of humor, a deep appreciation for classic rock, and zero judgment.
