Christina Fay

Hello I'm Christina Fay. I'm a Licensed Psychologist from Texas. I am licensed and based out of Texas and also hold a PsyPact mobility number that allows me to see patients virtually in participating states. I am a pattern recognition sort of person/brain - I enjoy thinking, noticing, and connecting the dots between the two.

I enjoy using my skills of thinking and observing to help others understand themselves and advocate for being understood. Using assessments to help someone learn about themselves, find or gain access to appropriate accommodations, or have language for their experiences is important in a world that needs to categorize everything. Making space for everyone, and being okay with taking up space, is important to me - and I believe assessments, and appropriate and compassionate labels, can help with demanding this space.

I am a person that is visually difficult to categorize and have grown up in many "other" categories. Because of this lived experience, it is important to me to understand people through their own perspective and by including all of their intersecting identities. This can help me view people as whole human beings, with strengths as well as growth areas, allowing for compassion and empathy as well as change.
