Questions About Autism Care and Insurance?
How can I find out if I’m eligible?
To determine eligibility, simply complete our online form. Once submitted, you will automatically receive information about your eligibility status and associated costs, without the need for any direct interaction with our team.
Do you accept secondary insurance?
At this time, we do not accept secondary insurance. However, you may request a superbill after the completion of services, which you can submit to your secondary insurance for potential reimbursement of any out-of-pocket expenses you may incur.
Do you accept Meidcare or Medicaid?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid. Making our services as accessible as possible is very important to our team, and we are working on being able to accept both Medicare and Medicaid in the future.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
If you have a debit or credit card associated with your HSA or FSA account, you are welcome to use it for payment. Please note that we do not provide any additional documentation or special processing for HSA or FSA funds.
Do I have to use insurance?
You are not required to use insurance. If you choose not to, you have the option to pay out-of-pocket at our competitive self-pay rates.
Do you work with OON insurance?
If you have out-of-network insurance, we can provide a superbill upon request to assist with your reimbursement process.
Do you offer payment plan options?
We do not offer payment plans for therapy services. However, we provide flexible payment plans for assessments, allowing clients to spread payments over several months. For assistance with setting up a payment plan, please contact us at help@prosperhealth.io.
