Hi! My name is Raziya (Rah ZEE Yuh) and I am a Licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Illinois and Alabama). I enjoy working with clients to help them learn how to manage their anxiety, depression and other mental health needs with the use of CBT strategies while honoring their nuerodivergence. I love supporting clients on their journey to managing their mental health needs and improving their lives.

Treatment Approach

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I have a family member who was diagnosed with autism as a young adult. Watching them struggle to find mental health care that got her needs was heartbreaking. Being apart of the team at Prosper health allows me to be apart of the change that supports an underserved community.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

Having worked in several different areas of mental health, I feel comfortable working with those who backgrounds and needs vary from "the norm". I believe that everyone should be given a chance to be their authentic selves without feeling the need to mask.
