Prosper is the most streamlined and affordable mental health care I’ve ever accessed. It’s so difficult to find professionals who specialize in autism in adults, particularly masking women, but prosper was amazing.
It's the only therapy I've had that really gets to the root of my issues and helps me get to a sustainable approach to improve my mental health. I don't leave therapy thinking there's something wrong with me, but still come away knowing the work I need to do to be do better.
I felt like Prosper made it so easy to pursue an autism assessment as an adult. I never thought it could be as easy as it was! From the initial process of seeing if my assessment was covered by insurance, to picking a psychologist to work with, to the sessions themselves and the clear/consistent communication throughout, I felt like the process was made easier than i could have imagined!
