Starting therapy is quick and simple. Just fill out a few questions here and we will verify your insurance within 24 hours. Once you complete a few intake forms, you’ll be able schedule your first session!
Will my therapy sessions be confidential when billed through insurance?
Your information is strictly confidential. To process insurance reimbursements, we must share essential details such as service dates and times, therapy format, diagnosis codes, and other logistical requirements. However, we disclose only what is necessary. In rare cases where safety is an immediate concern, confidentiality may be waived—but even then, we limit disclosure to only the essential information needed to ensure safety and comply with legal and ethical obligations.
What happens if my Aetna plan changes or ends?
No need to worry! If your plan changes, we'll help you transition to your new insurance if it's in our network. If you lose coverage, you can continue seeing your therapist as a self-pay client without interruption.
Can I still see a therapist if Aetna is out-of-network?
