Intro

I'm so glad you are here! I currently live in Tennessee, where I am fully licensed as a therapist. I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I chose this career because I believe in the power of feeling heard and understood. People are the experts on their own lives an experiences, and I am here to team up with you as we forge a solid path through whatever life throws at you.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My interest and passion for working with neurodivergent people, stems from a personal experience living with a condition that requires me to navigate life differently. I understand how the world can sometimes expect you to fit into one mold. I am passionate about helping clients find the confidence to maneuver the world in a way that works for them. I am passionate about respecting the experiences and challenges of others.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My goal is to assist clients in identifying current strengths, develop new strengths, advocate for their needs, and feel prepared to work through life's challenges. I also place emphasis on acknowledging the impact of neurodiversity, without treating it as the most salient part of a person's identity. My goal is to honor every aspect of who you are as a person.
