About

I'm a multiracial, queer, nonbinary clinical psychologist who specializes in intersecting identities. I work with a lot of folks who are queer, trans, racial or ethnic minorities, and neurodivergent. I have a passion for helping clients reduce anxiety, stress, confusion, sadness, and pain - so that they can live more fulfilling, authentic, and happy lives. I am licensed in Colorado, Texas, and a member of PSYPACT so I can see clients from 42 states.

Education & Licensure
PhD in Clinical Psychology from the New School for Social Research in NYC; MA in Gender Studies from the University of Texas at Austin; BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My work with those that are gender and sexual minorities has naturally led me to also work with autistic individuals since there is great overlap with these identities. So many of my clients have had to hide who they are in order to fit in and feel accepted or loved. I'm excited to provide a safe place for clients to learn about themselves, heal from previous hurts, and feel more confident as they move through the world.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

Diversity in lived experiences and perspectives is so important. As an educator, therapist, and social justice advocate, I hope to use my training in psychology and human behavior to help individuals learn about themselves and find strengths as they navigate some of the challenges that life throws at us.
