Intro

I’m Crystal, your partner in growth and healing. As a Licensed Professional Counselor offering virtual sessions in Texas, I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, those healing from abuse and trauma, and anyone who feels out of sync with societal norms. Struggling to manage emotions, navigate social settings, or handle life transitions? Let’s work together to build confidence, resilience, and a more empowered, fulfilling life.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I became passionate about working with autistic and neurodivergent clients through my early experiences and training within psychological and behavioral centers. I’ve witnessed how unique, strong, and resilient these individuals are, and also how often they face challenges in a world that doesn’t always understand them. This experience opened my eyes to the importance of offering support that’s truly tailored to their needs. I'm committed to providing a space where neurodivergent clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to embrace who they are. My goal is to help them build confidence, develop social-emotional skills, and navigate life's transitions with the understanding and support they deserve.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I've had the privilege of working with this very unique population throughout my entire career. I've found that focusing on each client's strengths and inherent value makes a huge difference. Instead of just addressing challenges, I like to highlight and build on their existing abilities, interests, and successes. My aim is to create a supportive space where clients feel truly valued and empowered.By really listening and respecting their perspectives, I make sure that their experiences and goals guide our work together. This approach not only boosts their confidence and resilience but also helps build a positive, collaborative relationship, allowing clients to thrive and reach their personal goals.
