Frances Bigay

Hi! I'm Dr. Frances, a licensed psychologist in Florida and New York, and through PSYPACT, I'm able to offer Telehealth services in 40+ states. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and my graduate degrees from Nova Southeastern University. My goal is to create a safe, validating space where individuals can better understand themselves and access the support they need.

I was inspired to work with autistic adults after seeing how many individuals go through life without the support or recognition they deserve. I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming evaluations that empower clients with a better understanding of themselves, their strengths, and the accommodations that can help them succeed.

Without the right support, we often feel lost or stuck; therefore, I work to meet you where you are by offering a safe, unbiased, and compassionate space. I take an affirming and strengths-based approach to every evaluation, ensuring my clients feel empowered in recognizing their strengths. My goal is to provide compassionate support that not only affirms their identity, but also helps them embrace their strengths to help them confidently navigate life.
