Intro
I'm Molly (she/they). I am a licensed clinical psychologist who lives in the beautiful mountains of Vermont. I am currently licensed in MA, VT, WV, GA and through PsyPact. I have over two decades of experience as a psychologist. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, affirming care all individuals, especially those who are neurodiverse and/or gender-diverse. My practice is rooted in a strengths-based approach, empowering clients to embrace their unique identities and navigate life's challenges with resilience and authenticity.
I have been working with neurodiverse and autistic youth and adults for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults to co-create safe and supportive spaces for self-discovery and growth. I have provided and taught doctoral students in the evaluation and support of neurodiversity. I have a deep and personal understanding of neurodiversity and its interplay with other areas of identity, including gender, disability, and mental health concerns. I am committed to supporting all people in celebrating their individuality and thriving on their own terms.
I believe everyone deserves the chance to explore their experiences and identity within a safe, supportive, and affirming space. The beauty of our society lies in the diversity of our identities and experiences, which I wholeheartedly believe should be celebrated. In all aspects of my work, I am committed to helping clients tap into their inner strengths, fostering lives enriched with joy, meaningful connections, and a sense of purpose.
