Intro

Hello, I am so glad you're here! My name is Dr. Quintin Bailey (they/he) and I am a licensed psychologist in Texas, California, and Michigan. I also have a PSYPACT license which allows me to provider services via Telehealth to 42+ states. I am passionate about providing accessible and inclusive care to folks of all identities in their journey of self-exploration and psychological health. As a psychologist, I believe in creating a collaborative space where you feel safe enough to bring all the parts of your being to feel truly seen and understood. My primary goal as a clinician is to be a collaborative partner in your journey of self-discovery, supporting you in building the support you need to succeed and thrive. I offer a tailored approach to treatment to meet your unique needs.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My passion for working with folks on the Autism spectrum comes from a place of deep respect for neurodiversity and the intersectional ways those with other historically oppressed or marginalized identities may have been denied access to care or services previously. The diversity and resilience of this community is beautiful, and it is an honor to support the unique experiences of my patients. My goal as a clinician is to support and uplift your goals as a person.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

As a trans-identified clinician, I am particularly passionate about holding space for folks on the Autism spectrum who are also engaging with and exploring gender and/or sexual identity. I offer affirming interventions informed by feminist, queer, and trans theory. I believe that every person has the capacity to move towards psychological health and a feeling of wholeness when provided with a supportive and affirming space/clinical relationship.
