My motivation for working with adults and children with neurodivergent disorders (such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Bi-Polar, OCD), is to provide a safe and consistent foundation so an individual can build and grow in their personal lives. I am inspired by the strengths, perspectives, and resilience of the autistic community, and I strive to provide support that honors each person’s unique experiences. My goal is to provide skill and knowledge so you can navigate life challenges with confidence and comfort. To assist you in recognizing your strengths and build on those so you may advance in your life. Together, we can work toward a life where you feel capable, confident and are thriving.
I prioritize an affirming and strengths-based approach to ensure that every individual feels seen, valued, and empowered. I believe that each client possesses unique strengths and abilities that can be harnessed to navigate challenges and achieve personal goals. I actively listen to their experiences and validate their feelings, creating a safe space where they can express themselves authentically.
