Hey there! My name is Adam (he/him), and I am a Clinical Psychologist, educator, and licensed middle and high school teacher based in Chicago, Illinois. I bring a unique blend of experiences from the classroom to the clinic and specialize in supporting neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ individuals through psychological assessment, therapy, and education. In addition to my teaching background, I am a Clinical Supervisor, guiding and mentoring emerging mental health professionals. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practices, incorporating evidence-based methods to empower individuals and communities.

It is my goal to help people develop skills that will aid them throughout their lives, whether that be for ADHD, depression, anxiety, or anything else that can inhibit experiencing everything life has to offer.In a therapist-client relationship, it is important to me that we walk the road towards better mental health, together. As a clinician, I believe in meeting client's where they're at, meeting their needs and assisting them in developing treatment goals that will allow them to be their best selves.

My career has been focused primarily on working with adults and helping them to succeed, achieve, and explore their thoughts and feelings regarding their life challenges.  Common concerns that I have successfully worked with include anxiety and depression, trauma and relationship issues, as well as self-esteem issues and developing increased compassion and confidence. I have a passion for helping individuals meet their goals, improve the quality of their life, and feel better about who they are and the choices they are making day-to-day.
