Meet Our Team
Our team of therapists and psychologists has extensive experience working with autistic adults.
Hello! My name is Shelby Smith and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. I work with clients to create a comfortable, non-judgmental, and safe environment to openly discuss any stressors or concerns they may be experiencing. I focus on helping clients develop skills to manage depression and anxiety and improve their quality of life. I particularly like working with anxiety in the autism context because I see great results from my autistic clients who implement CBT strategies.
